Three days left to preorder BrickLink Designer Program Series 9
Pumpkin Patch and Woodbrick Freight Depot are our favorites in BrickLink Designer Program Series 9. We like the smaller autumn build, we like trains, and then Fisherman’s Village comes along with that harbor and makes the choice harder.
Preorders are open until Monday, October 12 at 3 PM Pacific, or earlier if all sets sell out. Here are the five sets, starting with the ones on our list.
Pumpkin Patch (910073) is our first pick. The pumpkin stand, scarecrow, and autumn tree make a lovely little scene, and at $49.99 it’s a lot easier to fit into the budget than the bigger sets. We’d happily put this out every fall. Shipping is planned for March, so it’ll have to wait until next Halloween.

Woodbrick Freight Depot (910072) is the other one we’d choose, at $219.99. We’re always interested in something new for the railway, and the loading crane, freight wagons, and depot give us more to do than run a train around the track. Now we just need to work out where it would fit.

Fisherman’s Village (910069) is $349.99, and that harbor is awesome. We love the colorful waterfront buildings and the lighthouse, with the fishing boat alongside. It would need more room and a bigger budget, but it’s still hard to leave off the list.

Sleepy Dragon Inn (910070) is $269.99. If your collection leans toward castles and medieval villages, this is worth a look. We’re choosing pumpkins and trains this time, but we can see why the inn would be someone else’s first pick.

Wild West Blacksmith (910071), at $219.99, is the fifth set in the series. Western fans get a workshop to add to their town, with a very different look from the other four builds.

BrickLink lists a limit of two of each set per household and shipping planned for March 2027. These are limited, one-time production runs, so this isn’t one we’d leave on the list and expect to find in a regular retail sale later. Actual shipping dates can vary.
We’ll keep an eye on these sets and their prices here at Brick.Deals. For now, we’re deciding whether to stick with Pumpkin Patch and the depot—or find room for the harbor too. What’s on your list?
US prices checked against the official Series 9 page on October 8, 2026.
