Block & Roll Sushi Tray

Tobiko, rainbow roll, California roll, and nigiri, all built from bricks and arranged on a bamboo-tone tray. Salmon, tuna, and avocado maki fill in the row, tamago sits at the end, and a pair of chopsticks rests along the edge beside a small soy dish. Rearrange the whole spread whenever the mood changes. The desk piece for the person who orders omakase and means it.
