F-117 Nighthawk Stealth Fighter

F-117 Nighthawk set - discover the secrets of the "Invisible" jet and feel the power of the technological revolution! This unique model, created in 1:48 scale, will allow you to build your own version of the stealth aircraft that revolutionized the battlefield. The F-117 Nighthawk is an American tactical bomber, designed by Lockheed using stealth technology, which allows it to avoid detection by enemy radars. Although officially withdrawn from service in 2008, it remains one of the most fascinating and controversial military machines in history. The F-117 made its debut in 1983, when the United States Air Force introduced it into service. Its unique design, characterized by sharp edges and flat surfaces, minimized radar echoes, making it nearly invisible to most radars. The aircraft gained fame in military operations such as “Just Cause” in Panama, “Desert Storm” in Iraq, and “Allied Force” in Yugoslavia — wherever precision and the element of surprise were important. Although the F-117 has been retired from active service, there have been reports of its mysterious returns to combat over the years, as evidenced by photos of mysterious pixels appearing in the sky from time to time. The F-117 Nighthawk model that you can now build faithfully captures all the distinctive features of this extraordinary aircraft — from its geometric shape to its realistic technical details. It is not only great fun, but also a journey that will take you behind the scenes of modern aviation history.
